Studio recording session 2, Guitars/Bass

on October 8th We were in the studio again, this time recording our guitar and bass parts for the song. Myself, Millie, and Nathan recorded our parts all simultaneously. Millie and Nathan recorded in the control room with nick, while i headed into the recording room, plugged into the amp, grabbed some headphones and recorded my parts in there. Nick would talk to me through the headphones and give me some instructions and ask me questions regarding volume of my amp, if the drum track was loud enough etc. Nick then began playing Gillys' drum track through the headphones, count us in, then we would begin playing. We had it all done nicely on the first take, and it was great hearing the recording of the song and knowing that that was us who is playing that, and it sounded great. So i'm very proud of how good it sounds so far and can't wait to get back in there to add my solo, record ninas' vocals and hear the finished product.
